Author Guidelines

The full paper must be submitted by December 1, 2026, either to the email address icte@usamvcluj.ro or via the conference website (https://periodice.editura.ubbcluj.ro/icte). It should be written in the language in which the presentation was delivered and should be between 7 and 20 pages (including illustrations and appendices).


File:

  • .doc or .docx format, B5 (JIS);
  • margins: top, bottom, left, right – 2 cm;
  • Times New Roman font, 11 pt, line spacing 1.2.

Title and author(s):

  • 15 pt, bold, centered, two lines spacing above, in uppercase (UPPERCASE);
  • author information:
    • surname, first name of the author(s), academic title; institutional affiliation; email address of the corresponding author – placed below the title, one line spacing (12 pt, normal, centered).

Abstract:

  • 10 pt, justified alignment, line spacing 1;
  • 150–200 words (in Romanian and English).

Keywords:

  • 10 pt, justified alignment, in italics, line spacing 1;
  • 4–6 words/phrases, in Romanian and English.

Main text:

  • 11 pt, normal, justified, line spacing 1.2;
  • recommended subsections: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions.
    (please DO NOT use automatic headings for sections/subsections).

Notes and in-text references, in APA style:

  • bibliographic references must be inserted in the text, following the model: (Lewis, 2008, 159); references without indication of the exact page will not be accepted;
  • footnotes should be used only for comments, explanations, or translations (10 pt, line spacing 1);

References, in APA style:

  • 10 pt, Normal style, justified alignment, line spacing 1, hanging indent 2.5 cm;
  • the reference list should be arranged alphabetically, without numbering.
